Beach Body Boot Camp Fail.

Last week when Bryanna and I were at the gym we saw a sign advertising for 24 Hour Fitness' Beach Body Boot Camp. It is an eight week, Saturday morning work out with their personal trainers to help get your body beach ready. We thought it sounded like a good idea and we signed up since we sometimes don't push ourselves hard enough at the gym. When we signed up there were only about six people on the list, so we thought it would be a relatively small class where we could get more one on one time with the trainers and they could help us reach our goals. We were wrong, terribly terribly wrong. When we showed up this morning there were around 150 people waiting in line to get into this thing. The worst part of all, they let everyone into the class.

I am all for equal opportunity and was actually excited that so many people were so dedicated to their fitness, but it was way too crowded. There was barely any room to walk around, and when Bryanna and I got to the upper body station, there were no more free weights. How in the world are we supposed to get beach body ready if we are just standing around waiting. It was ridiculous. So, I am warning you, if you sign up for 24 Hour's Beach Body Boot Camp, prepared to not get the most effective work out. We seriously did a better job on our own.
